How Placid Storage Solutions handles personal information.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, the space you rent or want, and — for customers — photo ID to verify identity before gate access, plus gate entry logs. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Waitlist and enquiry forms
If you use a form on this site we receive your name, email, phone (if given), the space you want and your message, so we can contact you about it. We don’t use it for anything else.
Marketing
We don’t send marketing email unless you’ve opted in. Every such email identifies us and carries an unsubscribe link, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.
Access and correction
Ask for a copy of what we hold, or for a correction, at hello@placidstoragesolutions.com.au. This policy operates alongside the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
