Getting in
Access is 24/7. Call the gate number from the mobile you booked with and it opens automatically — the call is free and hangs up by itself.
Your gate access is issued once your photo ID is verified — upload it in your account and it’s usually done the same day.
Storage units: bring your own padlock. You keep the only key; we don’t hold one.
